Flegg is a no-leak egg ring that flips, lifts, and serves. Flegg’s unique C-channel ring design uses the egg’s weight to seal it against a pan, then holds the cooked egg in its ring to flip, lift, and serve. Squeezing the flexible handle changes the shape of the ring to release the cooked egg directly onto your toast or plate. Flegg’s handle rotates 360° so it can be flipped either direction and stores flat. High heat-resistant nylon handle stays up and away from heat while cooking, making it cooler to touch when flipping or serving. Tips on Using the Flegg Rings: There are a couple of ways to use the Flegg, but overall, the Flegg is designed to be used on a lower heat, with longer cooking times to create that burger-style egg that's super easy to flip! On a low heat, it's best to cook the egg until you're able to slide the Flegg with the egg inside easily around the pan before trying to pick it up or flip it. If it's falling through, it has not been cooked long enough to fluff up and solidify at the base before flipping or serving. The top has to be puffy, and should flip if it’s puffed up enough to fill the ring, even if still a little runny. Another way to use the Flegg is to keep it again on a low heat for longer, with just a little bit of water in the pan. Cover it up with a lid until you're able to easily slide the Flegg around, and it will fluff up enough to flip and/or serve right away.
