The bag measures 5 inches tall by 4 inches wide by 1 inch deep. It is a rectangle shape. At the top right corner is a metal clip to attach the bag to a purse or belt loop. The bag opens with a Velcro flap. The inside is a single compartment with no additional pockets. It is large enough to hold 3 rolls of bags or other small items. On the back of the pouch is a metal Gromit opening where the bags can be pulled out, instead of opening the Velcro flap each time a bag is needed.
