On The Go Return Policy No returns without prior authorization from On The Go. A return authorization number will be issued that must accompany the returned product. Requests for refunds for returned items must be made within 2 weeks of shipment date. Items must be in new condition. No returns on any custom item. Alterations and harness handle exchanges due to size are always free.
